To make a soufflé, you need the following ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 140 g of granulated sugar
- 80 ml of vegetable oil
- 120 ml of milk
- 180 g flour
- 20 gr cocoa
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 5 grams of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 80 g chocolate
Grease the mugs with a little butter. Pour 1 teaspoon of sugar into each mug. Rotate the mug so that the sugar is evenly distributed along the walls.
Beat eggs with sugar to get a white fluffy mass.
Add vegetable oil, milk, sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder, and vanilla sugar to the resulting mass.
Mix the ingredients with a mixer to get a chocolate mass of uniform consistency.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the resulting mass.
Divide the dough into circles, filling 3/4 of their volume.
Place 2 chocolate cubes in each mug. Cover the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of batter.
Wipe any remaining sugar off the sides of the mug. Place the mugs in a deep saucepan and fill them with boiling water so that it reaches the middle of the glasses. Cover the pot with a lid and put on a small fire. After 10-11 minutes, the dessert will be ready.
