Moderately salty, fragrant, spicy, and soft fish is obtained according to this recipe quite quickly. You can use any fish you like, and this marinade is versatile, you can say classic, for a quick and delicious marinade. Take immediately a double portion of the fish, because it will fly off the table in an instant!
Marinated Fish Ingredients:
Baltic herring 2.5 kg
Water 1 liter
Salt 3 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Bay leaf 3 pcs
Peppercorns 15 pcs
Carnation 3 pcs
Vinegar 9% 100 ml
Let’s start cooking:
1. Dissolve sugar, salt, and spices in a liter of water. We put it on fire, wait for boiling and boil for exactly 30 seconds, remove and cool to room temperature.
2. In the meantime, prepare the fish: tear off the head and remove the insides, and rinse.3. Add vinegar to the finished marinade, then pour the fish with the resulting marinade. We send it to the refrigerator for a day (or for 15 hours, if you like lightly salted).4. After a day, the fish is ready. We wash it from the marinade under running water. Cut the onion however you like. Add to it 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%, mix. Let marinate for 15 minutes.5. We take out the ridge from the fish, and put the first layer in a previously prepared container.6. Pour the fish with pickled onions and add a couple of tablespoons of oil. Continue until all the fish are gone.Delicious salted fish is ready, you can serve it to the table. Enjoy your meal!
