Marinated Fish Ingredients:
Baltic herring 2.5 kg
Water 1 liter
Salt 3 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Bay leaf 3 pcs
Peppercorns 15 pcs
Carnation 3 pcs
Vinegar 9% 100 ml
