Why are chips from the store harmful?

There is no doubt that chips are not the most useful product. The thing is that they accumulate hydrogenated fat, which is extremely dangerous for health, as it leads to the formation of “bad” cholesterol. This is how diseases such as atherosclerosis, thrombophlebitis, and many other dangerous diseases begin to develop.

In addition, chips are a food that contains a huge amount of salt, which interferes with normal bone growth. Not to mention, it disrupts normal metabolic function and can lead to a heart attack.

It is also worth mentioning various additives that mimic the taste of mushrooms, dill, sour cream, bacon, onions, and other products. They can cause allergies.
