Sometimes you really want to eat something tasty after work, or even before bed. And if earlier you had to deny yourself such pleasure in order not to harm the figure, now this will not be necessary. You can easily prepare a delicious apple pie that will not harm your figure. It contains only healthy and low-fat products, and oatmeal is used instead of flour.
To make a pie you will need:
- Apples 350-400 gr
- Kefir 50 ml (can be replaced with yogurt or sour cream)
- Eggs 3 pcs
- Cottage cheese 100 gr
- Oatmeal 150 gr
- Honey 40 gr or to taste
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
All ingredients for making the pie should be at room temperature.
Add honey and kefir to the curd and use an immersion blender to beat the mass until smooth.
Add eggs and beat again.
Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder or blender to a flour state and mix it with baking powder and cinnamon.
Add oatmeal to the rest of the ingredients and mix the ingredients to get a smooth dough.
Peel the apples from the cores (you can leave the peel on) and cut them into thin slices.
Line a springform pan with a diameter of 21 cm with parchment, grease with oil, and lightly sprinkle with oatmeal. Pour the dough into the mold. Lay apples on top.
Put the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. The baking process will take approximately 35-40 minutes.
To make the cake even more delicious, brush it with a syrup made from 1 tsp of honey mixed with 1-2 tsp of water and a little cinnamon and place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
The pie turns out to be moderately sweet and very fragrant, and its calorie content is only 140 kcal per 100 g.
