A Great Alternative To Fried Cutlets Yummy Minced Meat In The Oven

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • Minced meat 500 g
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Dry loaf 3 slices
  • Milk 150 g (can be replaced with water)
  • Salt 0.5 tsp with a slide (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)

Filling:

  • Ketchup 3 tablespoons
  • Pickled cucumber 1 pc
  • Onion 1 pc. (small; marinate in 1 tsp vinegar, 0.5 tsp sugar, and a pinch of salt)
  • Cheese 120 g

Fill the bag with milk. In a meat grinder, chop the meat, onion, and bread. Which has absorbed all the milk. Add salt and ground pepper to the cutlet mass.

Mix the cutlet mass well and beat it about 10 times. So that the cutlets keep their shape better and are juicy.

To prepare the filling, marinate the onion, and cut it into small cubes, in vinegar and sugar.

Cut pickled cucumbers into thin circles.

Place balls of minced meat weighing about 80 grams on parchment paper and form flat cutlets out of them.

Make a small indentation in the center of the cutlets. This will help to avoid deformation.

Lubricate the blanks with ketchup, and put pickled onions, cucumbers, and thin slices of cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

The cutlets are very juicy and absolutely not greasy
